Loving the outlier.....

They were saying on the news that there is this couple who have spent more than 30 K to adopt a kid from Russia and bring him to the US.... and this kid has a mental disability....

The question is why? Why not choose a normal child?

They chose an outlier.

Why shouldn't I?
