Forgive but NEVER forget!

Hmm

I see/hear this sentence everywhere!

But how can you forgive somone if you can't forget what they did to you?!

I know... the purpose is to learn from your mistake and not do it again!

But....i don't think it's possible to forgive someone unless you forget about everything that they did/ said to you!
